Araç Kiralamada Segmentasyon Analizi ve Talep Tahmin Projesi

Doğal afetlerin kör, sağır, hareket kabiliyeti kısıtlı kişiler ve ailelerine bakanlar gibi engelli insanlar üzerinde orantısız etkileri vardır. 2004'ten 2014'e kadar özel raporlar, engelli kişilerin doğal afetlerden engelli olmayanlara göre 2-4 kat daha fazla acı çektiğini göstermiştir. Bu projede acil risk olarak deprem, sel, yangın ve pandemi gibi doğal afetler üzerinde durulacaktır. Bu projenin hedefleri şunlardır: Etkili afet yönetimi yoluyla engelli insanları güçlendirmek; Engelliler ve bakıcılarının artan afet riskleri konusunda bilinçlendirilmesi; Erişilebilir öğrenme materyalleri portalındaki eğitim içerikleri ve erişilebilir öğrenme materyalleri yoluyla engelli bireyleri ve bakıcılarını doğal afetlere daha iyi hazırlamak.

Avrupa Birliği Erasmus+ Programı Ana Eylem 2 Mesleki Eğitim Alanı Stratejik Ortaklıklar kapsamında desteklenen projede mimari mirasın restorasyonunda çalışan işçi/ustalara yönelik bir eğitim programı hazırlanmaktadır. Fikri çıktılar: IO1: Mevcut Ulusal Yeterlilik Düzeylerinin Karşılaştırılması Yoluyla Çerçevenin Oluşturulması IO2: Avrupa Müfredatı ECVET IO3: Restorasyon İşçileri için Eğitim Materyalleri IO4: Zengin İçerikli Eğitim Platformu IO5: Eğitim içeriğinin VET’le ilişkilendirilmesi Rehberi (VET: Vocational Education / Training) The European Framework for Action on Cultural Heritage looks at cultural heritage as a resource for the future, to be safeguarded and enhanced. In this context, the commission has been supporting the conservation and restoration of heritage sites. Experts of Architectural Restoration are provided by universities through two or four years of education and their duties in the restoration areas are planning the restoration and doing the elaborative works. Remaining works are implemented by workers who do not have sufficient information on how to restore these works or how to work in historical places. The result of this situation directly affects the quality of the work since these low-skilled workers tend to make mistakes due to their lack of knowledge. The key competences of these workers are not fully developed since the training provided to these workers is generally on basic construction skills not restoration skills. Finding qualified workers for restoration is difficult in almost all European countries. The skills and qualifications inside Europe are not transparent and they are not consistent with each other. The proposed project is aimed to provide training opportunities to low qualified and skilled restoration workers via an online platform. The training will be planned as the European Curriculum to contribute to the transparency of the skills and qualifications. Skills Platform to be developed by this proposed project will provide an opportunity to develop skills agendas in a targeted, innovative and sustainable way and to include those directly involved in the provision, application, and updating of specific skills. Through this platform and training contents developed depending on the skills on the demand in the labour market, personal skills will be supported. Intellectual outputs developed for the RE-VET project are; - Preparation of framework through Comparison of Current National Competencies for Restoration Workers. Our project will produce a European wide curriculum to contribute to the transparency of the skills so the first action will be comparing the training curriculum and finding out the required skills for restoration workers in all partner countries. Partners will make desk researches and focus meetings to find out these skills and competences. - European Curriculum Based on ECVET; After completing the framework that has the information on the needed skills and competencies of restoration workers in Europe, partners will prepare a curriculum based on the results of the first step. The curriculum will be piloted by experts from the fields to ensure its efficiency. - Training materials for the construction workers: Partners will develop training modules at EQF4 level for low-skilled and low-qualified workers. The foreseen modules are Workplace safety, Protecting the environment, Construction elements, Disaster management. The modules of the project will not be limited to these but may include these. - Content-rich e-learning platform: Since our target group is low skilled they do not have much budget or time for self-development. Therefore the project will provide free and easy to reach the platform with training materials. The platform will be enriched with learning materials and visuals to attract the user.

This project aims to develop a platform through which vocational education systems and the labor market, especially the SMEs, communicate interactively, while one side voting for/valuing the skills they need and the other side, that’s the vocational systems answers by updating the current curriculum. Also, the training content developed on skills analysis and mapping through the ECVET Skills Platform is considered to serve the quality of vocational education and training systems, giving the experts responsible for teaching technical skills the mission of teaching also the personal and conceptual skills.The target group of the project is vocational education and training institutions, teachers/trainers in VET, SMEs, employers, decision-makers, non-governmental organizations, and trainees. It aims at creating a channel among the members of the target group to keep them updated about the needs and requirements of the firms and the provided skills at educational institutions.

Çocukların yaratıcılık, sorgulama, araştırma yönlerini geliştirmelerini teşvik etmek. Denizlerin ve suyun yaşamımızdaki önemini öğreterek çocukları bu konuda deneysel STEM çalışmalarına yönelterek yaşayarak öğrenmelerini sağlamak ve dünyanın oksijen kaynağının 50-70 oranında denizlerden sağlandığı bilgisini aktarmak. Böylece çevresel duyarlılığı yüksek, sorumluluk duygusuna sahip bireylerin yetiştirilmesine katkı sağlamak. Proje kapsamda İstanbul’un Sarıyer ilçesindeki 29 okulda öğrenim gören 5. ve 6. sınıf öğrencilerinden 6630 çocuğa ve 60 öğretmene eğitim verilecektir.? Ulkemizde enerji, uretim ve ticaret sureclerinden sonra iletim aşamasında merkezi bir sistemle yönetilir. Enerji sektörundeki tum oyuncular için, artan talep, dengesizlik yaratan uretim kaynak ve araçları, ve yetersizlik gösteren şebeke altyapıları gibi sebeplerle guclu tahmin araçlarına gereksinim duyulur. Enerji piyasalarında kısa, orta ve uzun vadedeki işlemler, ana faktör olan talep sonucu oluşmaktadır. Öyle ki, uzun vadeli talep tahminleri, uretim ve iletim fonksiyonları için, kapasite ihtiyacı, verim hesabı, yeni kaynak arayışı adımlar için ışık tutmaktadır. Trafo merkezleri için yeni bağlantılar, dağıtım kanalları için altyapı ve şebeke çalışmaları da eylemler zincirinin yansımasında yer alır. Ayrıca elektrik enerjisinin ticareti ve yeni politikalar, projeler talep tahminlerine dayalı olarak değerlendirilir. Ülkemizde gelir seviyesinin artması ile birlikte elektrik enerjisi tuketiminin hanehalkı tarafından kullanılan kısmında da buyuk pay artışı gorulmektedir. Bu durum, ekonomik gelirin yanısıra, hava şartları (iklim etkisi), gelisen ve ulasılabilirligi artan teknoloji ile birlikte sayısı artan teknolojik cihazlar, tuketiciye yansıyan elektrik ve yakıt (dogal gaz) fiyatları gibi pek çok etkenle tanımlanabilir. Bu projede, hanehalkı elektrik enerjisi kullanımını etkileyen etkenler incelenecek ve seçilen faktörlerle talep tahmini yapabilmek için bir optimizasyon modeli oluşturularak, uygulanacaktır.

İklim değişikliğinin etkilerini çevresel koşullarda en aza indirgemek amacıyla yapılabilecek etkinlikleri belirleyip, oyuna dönüştürecek olan bu projenin hedefi lise ve üniversite öğrencileridir. CAMAPOLI adı altında geliştirilecek olan oyun tabletlerde ve bilgisayarlarda oynanabilecektir. Oyun, gençlere daha temiz bir çevre yaratmayı, neden sonuç ilişkileri kullanan görsel bir eğlence ile öğretmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

Bu çalışmayla yurtdışında doğrudan sermaye yatırımlarına girişmiş firmaların bir envanteri çıkarılacak anket ve derinlemesine mülakat yöntemleri kullanılarak Türkiye nin yurtdışındaki doğrudan sermaye yatırımlarına ilişkin mikro veri seti oluşturulacaktır Yaklaşık 1000 firma ile anket 60 firma ile de derinlemesine mülakat yapılacaktır
