We propose a robot brain processing unit inspired by the structure and functioning of the mammalian brain cells neurons This will be achieved by integrating two existing neurocomputational models that mimic networks of neurons in the basal ganglia BG circuit that is responsible for decision making and acting accordingly thalamo cortico thalamic TCT circuit that generates brain signals responsible for enabling an action The integrated model will be executed on a novel computer SpiNNaker The proposed approach is novel and is different from the robot brains processing units used in current times which are merely lines of computer software
