Uncertainty analysis with applications in hydrological modeling and extreme events: 
Monte Carlo simulations, watershed hydrology, surface water and groundwater interaction, Ensemble ECMWF products and their effects on short range and seasonal flow forecasts, scales in hydrological processes, spatial calibration of distributed models (e.g. mHM and MIKE-SHE), optimization, source apportionment, circular statistics, time series analysis, conceptual and data-driven models, climate change impacts on extreme events using CMIP5 data.
